Para 1.20 During the society’s Annual Report Period in
2023/2024 WAOS MT achieved the following:
• Performed an Award-winning show
called “Sunshine on Leith” to audiences
in the Rhoda McGaw Theatre in Woking.
• Performed a theatrical review called
“Roles We’ll Probably Never Play”. This
broke new ground for WAOS MT, which
normally performs musicals. The review
showcased the talents of all members
both old and new, bringing unusual inter-
pretations and exciting new settings to
the Rhoda McGaw stage.
• Performed two Fundraisers:
• One to celebrate the 75 year of the
NHS and raise funds for them and the
society.
• The other was a Christmas Rock cele-
bration event. This raised funds for the
society and gave many members an
opportunity to perform.
