(B) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS, (EITHER MENTALLY ORPHYSICALLY) AS A RESULT OF INJURIES SUFFERED BY SCHOOL CHILDREN OR YOUNG PEOPLE WHILST ENGAGED IN SPORT AND THEIR DEPENDANTS (INCLUDING THE DEPENDANTS OF ANY PERSONS WHO MAY HAVE DIED AS A RESULT OF SUCH INJURIES).
