In Septembor 2￿22. a Ukralnian lady arKI her t￿ daughters came to live in the fflal at Knoll Farm a¥ part of the
government schema to provide accommodation &IT those leelng the w in Ukrainè. They are very walcome and
we all have a 900(1 relationship wilh them.
Th• upkeep of the site and gr¢xmd$ is to IM forGod is a Mai￿ part of our annual expendityffj. We
are pleased to report that the 8ile at Knoll Fami has been ￿11 m•ntained during the year and wish lo express our
appr￿￿lti￿ for the h*d wryk of our Slte Managef. those ￿ live on site and of al V•tho have willingty given their
Servi￿ in the r￿n5ng of the p￿mIseS. This year it VAS ￿e￿5¥Y to improve the drainage $y¥lem to Stop
rainwaler from enlering the Se4Yage treatment F4anl. Improvements y￿re also made to the bungalow and the
ladies toilets in the church, and a new LP Gas tsnk was instal*d from a new supplier. whose ga$ is 67% of the
prev￿3 suppller'$ cost. together ￿ new pipe**rk as the pipvhDrk Part metal. All Ihese improvements
cost aboul £17,000. and acccwnl fcff the Ma￿)r part of financial deficrt forthe year.

and instruction of all by the preaching and teaching of the Word of God trom the Bible, together with Christian
worship in prayer and praise. We aim to cater for al ages aThJ use a cross section of hymn5. worship Songs and
musical styles. both old and new. Opport￿lty is given for al to participate in public and private prayer and praise
and lo share testimonies of God's goodness from lrfe's exper*r*es. Our Servi￿ continued to be held throughout
the yeai - as and Ythen the Government's Covi¢J restriclions aN¢ywed and wthin Govemmenl guidelinas, while
provision was ma(le for on-line parbcipation in bolh the regLtsI services ar￿ other Ip¥5 lormal groups. The benefit
of these gatheriThJs in bm&s like Ihe5e cannot be overestimated.

The church is commilted not cfjty to the spiritual care of its members but also. as stsled. lo anyone seeknng help
from G¢)d and we are pleased that dwing Ihe year. pastoral care has been exer¢i$ed towards members and non
membern alike.. provhjing an opportunity fw aFI lo eX￿￿e more of Ihe life changing power of the Christian
gospel.
We wish lo express our appreciation for all who have ministered among us, for our pastor his wfe and for all

A Christianity Explored course was run over bwo months at tr* begminmg of 2022. and was wel attended. the

Chthn / Youth
We place grnal imP￿tance on the ￿re and ￿$trUdiOn of each and ev￿ entrusted to us. On Sundays.
Children's Church and Bible Classes covered all age groups and as *ith the main servKes these were open to
receive all comws. Wo are pleased to report Ihal am tyjr chddren's and ywth workers are DBS ¢hecked.
Weekly activities included a rn￿er$ and lothJleTS pkygroup-'Littk 8bswgs', vknich thJrirwJ the year has benefited
a nurnber of parents and thildren who do not attend the church.
'R8ngers'for School Years 5- 7. a chiklren's actr¥ity dub taking ￿ace on FrKlay gvenings.
A Youth Club now mainty on Thwsday evenirwjs caters for SchoL4 Y•ars 8 +
A number of children and young peop￿ dravm from the**ler coMM￿￿ty have partryaled in all of these activities.
Our annual Swnmer Camps. *tiich ar8 generalty open to youngsters attend the youth xtNibe$, were
conlinued this year.

theme and enjoyed by a good number of th￿dren, look place on 31* October.
All of these actNbties were run by a d¢dthd team of volmteers afKI ￿ #re wateful lor all of Iher comrnitment
and efforts on behalf of the chikjren and youth during the past year.

new gtudents each year making a total of about 30 stLwJents and 10 staff. The yearty Graduation u$ed lo be in
December- this yearthe graduatK>n in Apr4 and 11 ¥ludwts graduated.
