Activities
To preserve the White Mill windmill, Millers cottage, & associated buildings at the Heritage Centre by regular inspection, maintenance & repair. To collect & display artefacts reflecting the past rural life of Sandwich & the surrounding district in order to communicate an understanding of our past to the widest audience, especially schools. To strengthen the local heritage tourism profile.
Objects: To Secure For The Benefit Of The Public The Constuction Establishment And Maintenance Of A Museum Within The Site Of The Windmill Known As The White Mill, Ash Road, Sandwich For The Collection, Preservation, Restoration, Improvement, Enhancement, Maintenance And Public Display Of Artifacts Ad Other Objects Of Historical Or Archaeological Interest Relating To Or Relevant To The Area Of The Dover District And The Neighbourhood.
