The Manwood Trust reviews its financial resources and h¢)w to 8ppty to 118 choritablè objecllve in
8UPPOrting the Sir Roger Manwood's School an¢J its pupS1s.
During the year the Charity undertook fundraislng to 8UPPOrt projects at the School Bpecifically
regarding conversion works al an old boarding house lo a slxlh ftjrm building and the installation ol
now sport8 surface.
Flnanclal review
The Trusloes have a feasonable expectation that the Charity has adequate resources lo conllnue in
operational axislence for the foreSeea￿e future therefore the Trustees continue to adopt the going
concern basis in preparing the financial slatemenls.
The Trustees have ¢$lablished a policy whereby unreslrlcted reyerve5 of the Charity should be
maintsined at a minimum level of £10,000.
As al 31 August 2024 the unreslricled reserve8 81ood at £16,84712023.' £14,955) which 58 In line with
this policy.
