We recognise the challenge5 of a sloping burial
ground on the top of a hill overlooking Swindon.
We continuetotake Health and Safety very
seriously and do all w2 can to look after the
hundreds of moumer5 who have visited u5 over
the last year.
The Burial Board works Closely with Christ Church
PCC in providing a car park. a beautif ul
redeveloped Victorian church building opening
following govemment guidelines during the
pandemic. The Garden for Reflection built
together is widely appreciated especially duTtng
these unprecedented times.
The Christ Church Burial Board work hard
developing our relationship with the Christ Church
PCC. We worx together ￿en more c105ely for the
benefrt of bereaved people and our rnany visltors.

have built up and held reserves intentionally.
This enables them to continue to employ
sexton to look after the burial ground and
enable graves to be reopened for the internment
of a spouse when the burial grourhd is full which
is likely in a couple of years.

closely together to maintain the site inclusively
for the benefit o*the people of Swindon. The
