IV. TO DISSEMINATE KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION CONCERNING GOOD WORKMANSHIP AND DESIGN IN THE CRAFT OF WEAVING. V. TO PROMOTE ENCOURAGE UNDERTAKE OR ORGANIZE RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL WORK AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
