Independent Examlner's Report to the Tnlstees
We report to the Trustee5 on my examlnation of the accounts of The Schmldt-Bodner Charftable TNst for the year
ended 5 Aprfl Z021.
Responslbllftfes and bas15 of report
As the charfty Trustees of the Trust yj are responslbie for the preparation of the accounts fi) accordance wlth the
requlrements of the Charftles Act 2011 {'the Acl.). We report in respect of my examinatlon of the Trust's accounts
carrfed out under Sect1 145 of the 2011 Act and In carrylnq out wr examlnatlon we have followed all the
appllcable Oirectlons glven by the Chartty Commlsslon under sectlon 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent examlner's statemènt
We have completed our examlnation. We conflmi that no marertal matters have corne to our attention In
connectlon wth the examlnatlon gfving us cause to belleve that in any matertal respect:
1. accountln¥ records were not kept In respect of the Tntst a5 requId by 5ectlon 130 of the Act. or
2. the accounts do not accord wlth those records; or
3. the accounts do not comply wlth the appllcable requlrements concerning the form and content of
accounts set out in the Charltles (Accounts and Reports) RegulatToll5 2(M)8 other than any quIrement
that the accounts ytve a 'true and fair viÈw lIch Is not a matter con51dered a5 part of an independent
examlnatlon.
We have no concems and have come across no other matters In cortnection vAth the examlnatlon to wljlch
attentlon should be drawn In this report In order to enable a proper understandfnq of the accounts to be reached.
