company. The London Trust Is a separate reglslered charity h()Iding th8 ass8ls of Iha Armenian General
Benevolent Union In England wilh the Trustees acting according lo the Trust Deed and wllhln the guldgllnès
of the Charty Cc¥nmission.
The Trustee5 compiise ￿ members ol Ihe Central Board in New York, ￿ ex-officlo mèmbers of ihe
Armenian General Benevolent Union London Bran¢h Exe¢uknve Committee and up to fNe other Trustees for
a term of slx years. The Char¢ty Commissions for England Wales, on 7 April 1995. granted a Certificate of
Incorporatlon of the Ttustees.
