**Activities:** To collect sums of money for the purpose of providing a playing field and ancillary facilities and a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the village of Mereside in the parish of Ramsey and the neighbourhood for the county of Cambridgeshire without distinction of sex or of political, or religious or other opinions, with the object of improving conditions of life.
