Activities

The trust ensures that St. Nicholas Church, an early 12th century building, is kept in a good state of repair, internally and externally. Fund raising takes place and donations are received to assist in the restoration. The trustees continually assess the building.

Objects: (I) The Restoration, Repair And Upkeep Of The Fabric Of The Church Including The Provision Of Equipment To Comply With Statuatory Requirements. (Ii) The Provision, Restoration And Repair Of Monuments, Ornaments, Furnishings, Organ, Windows And Other Embellishments And Equipment Of The Church. (Iii) Such Other Charitable Purposes Connected With The Church As The Trustees Shall Determine And (Iv) Such Other Charitable Purposes Or Charitable Foundations As The Trustees Not Being Less Than Six In Number Shall From Time To Time By Deed Executed With Their Unanimous Consent Declare.
