## **– – The Old School, Flitwick Annual Report 2024 2025**

This report covers the period from April 2024 until March 2025. The last 12 months have again seen a lot of activities and many improvements at the Old School. During this period the windows were all painted outside and still look as good now nearly a year on. 

The committee still small in numbers continues to run the Old School in an efficient and effective manner. We continue to hold our Trustee meetings bi-monthly. This is necessary to keep up with the progress we are making in ensuring we run as an association that is self-funded and we continue to generate funds to maintain the Old School buildings and grounds. 

I continue as Treasurer and Booking officer. Ann Lutley continues as our Chairperson.  Janice Beal is our Secretary. Our committee is set up along with representatives from Little Squirts and local residents. 

We have our long term hirer’s, Little Squirts Pre School and the hall is used for band practice on a Monday evening. All these bookings have helped put our association in a good financial position. 

As we have come to the end of our financial year we are again in a good position where we can look to the future and continue with our plans of maintaining and improving the Old School. As with any old buildings there is always work to be done to keep the Old School looking good for many years to come. 

We still need more people to join our committee with a view to becoming Trustees. 2025 is looking good for the Old School and we would like to personally thank the Committee members and all our hirers.
