**Objects:** A. TO RELIEVE THE CONDITION OF PERSONS WITHIN THE AREA OF SOUTHEND-ON-SEA WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM COMMUNICATION DISORDERS OR PHYSICAL HANDICAPS OR BOTH AS A RESULT OF A STROKE OR STROKES. B. TO PROVIDE FOR SUCH PERSONS FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF WHICH THEY HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR DISABILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
