## Activities

**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE STUDY OF FAMILY HISTORY, GENEALOGY AND HERALDRY, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN THE COUNTY OF BEDFORDSHIRE.

**Activities:** The objectives of the BFHS are to advance the education of the public in the study of Family History. We publish a quarterly journal, hold monthly meetings (www.bfhs.org.uk), provide research, publish CDs of Beds Parish Registers, publish Monumental Inscriptions from Churchyards within Beds, run a bookstall & library, provide a range of look-up services and carry out other relevant activities.

**Area of benefit:** PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN THE COUNTY OF BEDS.
