Note     £1000 of our cash assets is ring fenced for the preparation, publication and printing of existing and new material for the society 

## ASSETS 

One website domain. 3 microphones, wiring, audio box (for Zoom at live meetings). One power adapter. Archive quality printer and scanner. Old documents for archiving. Publications for sale; slide projector and screen, sound system, notice boards, a collection of Essex tokens on loan to Chelmsford Museum. 7 display panels (five in the Hub), two sandwich boards, two banners. 

HUB: 2 Dell computers, 3 metal cabinets, 40 chairs, 2 office chairs, 1 dehumidifier, 2 desks, 2 keyboards, +routers+memory, 2 monitors, 1 large screen. 

## FINANCIAL EXAMINATION 

We have examined the books of Chingford Historical Society for the period ended 31 December 2024 and have obtained all the explanations we require. We certify that the accounts above are correct to the best of our knowledge and belief.
