The current trustees are shown on page 1. ## _Trustee induction and training_ New trustees are provided with copies of: The Constitution The latest accounts of the charity Charity Commission guidance notes CC3 "The Essential Trustee" In addition Trustees are encouraged to read Charity Commission and other newsletters and to attend courses designed to keep them abreast of their duties and responsibilities. ## _Risk management_ The Trustees have identified the major risks to which the charity is exposed and have established systems to mitigate those risks. ## _Organisational structure_ The Trustees meet every month. ## **Financial review** The Trustees consider the year end financial position to be satisfactory and confirm that the Foundation can meet all known obligations.
