OTHER DEVELOPMENT8
The Trust has t)een extrem?ty fortunale io have been left a property by rts founder Dr Ann
Huichinson Guesc whth will be sold to gènerate incm fr(xn the Pfoceeds through
investment. The clearing of property has been a brKJlhy prtxess, and all papers and
books that were also left to the trust have ncw been placed in ternporary Slorage until a brno
when il can be sorted and archived. Thts will be one of the trusts. h)ng48m goals. as this
11 ￿ a very costty and t￿￿O￿lr￿a process.
STAFF TRAINING & WELLBEING
From October 2024 to sePt￿r 2025. staff accessed 8 V8rty of CPD opportunities and
attended training events, conferences and meeiings t)oih online and In Pe￿on. These were
run by 0rgantsa1￿nS such as the Pe* Dancir¥J, Sport and Re¢re8tson Allwnce. O
Dance UK, B8G, and Ihe F￿ndatIOn for Socol Improvement. Van￿$ trainiNJ af8as have
Induded SafeguardiTrJ, Heallh & Safety. Effethe manag￿rt, Staff ￿*l￿Oing and
Prevent training
Regular staff meetings were underiaken, and staff affj ffjularly aske¢J Whet￿ are
