**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF SANDS AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Village Hall for community use by local residents and businesses, i.e. health and fitness classes, martial arts training, local events, children's parties, musical evenings, Women's Institute, meetings for clubs, etc. Also used by council for polling centre.
