The charitys tru5tee5 are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The chaTity'S trustees wnsider that an
audit is not required for this year undcr section 144 of the Ch&riÈie5 Act 2011 (the Charities Aci) and that an
independent examination 15 needed.
It is my responsibility to=
examine the accounts under section 145 of the ChaTitie5 Act,
* follow the prorydures laid down tn the general Directions given by the
Cl￿ty Commission (under section 145{5)Ibl of the Charitie5 Act, and
state whether particular matters have ¢(m¢ ￿ my attention.

My examination ivas ¢arried oui in accordance iyith the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An
axaminaiion includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a compari50n of the
a¢¢ourtts presented with those records. It also includes Consideration of any unusual itern5 or dis¢losur¢s in
th¢ accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such EnatteTS. The PTocedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be wuired in an audit, and ¢onsequ¢nily no opini¢)n is given
&s to whether thc accounts present a'true a￿d faitr view and the report is limiied to those matters set out in
the statement below.
