investment policy. Such policy being the investment of surplus fvnds into treasury deposits.

The company 15 a registered charity and it5 principa1 activity during the year was the distribution of its
income to charities. The objects of the tharity are to advance rel￿10n in accordance with Orthodox
Jewsh Faith and to support other Gharilable aclivili8s as are re¢ogni$ed by English Law as charitable.
In furtherance of its objects the chartty continued to advance and donate money and support other
Charities wlh objects similar lo those detailed above. The charty is run jointly by all the governors.

PUBLIC BENEFrr
The governors have consldered the guidan(E published by the Charity Commisslon and believe that
the charity in carying out Its objectives, fully cOmpl￿S with these requirements. In particular the
provisions of funds for communal charitable institutions such as synagogues and homes for the elderly
and infirm in accordance with the principles of traditional Judaism aulomatKally gives rise lo a public
benefit. Each year the governors Teview the objectives and activitie5 of the charity lo ensu￿ that they
continue lo reflect these aims. In carrying out this review the governor5 have considered the Charity
Commission's general guidance on public b8nefrt and in particular its supplementary publr guidance
on the advancement of religion for the public benefrt.

The results of these activities during the year are r&flecled In the attached arKounts.

The financial position is as reflected in the attached Balance Sheet.
The governors consider il pnjdenl to relain the Gurrenl level of reserves in order lo generate sufficient

The Govgrnors have assessed the major risks lo which the charity Is exposed and are 8atisfied that
Systems a￿ in place to mitigate such risks.
PUBLIC BENEFrr
The g0v&rr￿rS have considered the guidanrÈ published by the Charity Commission and believe that
the charity in carrying out its objectives, fully coMpl￿S with these requirements. In particular the
