(B) TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST. (C) TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN THE AREA. (D) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA.

**Activities:** To improve, protect and preserve for the benefit of the public the countryside, the village of Radlett and the country and green belt around Radlett. To stimulate public interest, to promote high standards of planning and architecture and to secure the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in the area of benefit.
