The Tru51ees have drawn up a Risk Matrix which Is regularty reviewed with regard to funding. The Trustees also
regularly review the FBRTS programme of events in relation to the aims and obiects.ves of the Trust, the content, and
the environmental, physical and mentsl wellbeing of all contributors and participants.
The Trustees are awa￿ of. and address through a bursary s¢hetr¢. the need to ensure that those with reduced
means are not disadvantaged in participating in and Èenefiling ftom Ihe activikn'es of the Trust.

The FBRT was founded lo explore the work and life of Franci5 Bacon and of those connectad wrth hlm in some way.
including those who inspired him and those who have been inspired by him-and make them known as far as 15
possible. Th￿, in fact, is a mammoth task bul one that is genuinety worthwhile and relevant lo the limes we live in now
and the times lo Gome. as his main boty of work the Great Instaurats'on r6 specfficalty desvJned 10 Come into ils own
gradually 8É the c£nluries unfold.
To this end, and ever since its beginnin9. Ihe FBRT has been running an edu¢ational program alongside its on-going
research. This program so frar has cons15tgd of lectures. seminats. discussion groups, weekend and week-long
evenls. pilgrimages, newslètters, lnfoThal￿n papers. research paFers, reports, and various publications such as
books and YouTub8 videos on a de(ticated YouTube channel.
