**Objects:** The objects of the Association shall be the relief of necessitous persons, irrespective ofwhether they contribute, who are (i) members of the staff of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) contractually based at the MHRA in Blanche Lane, South Mimms, HertsEN6 3QG or (ii) former such members of MHRA or National Institute for Biological Standards andControl (NIBSC) or Health Protection Agency (HPA), or National BiologicalStandards Board (NBSB), contractually based at NIBSC, Blanche Lane, SouthMimms, Herts, EN6 3QG, or (iii) dependants of such qualified members (i) or former qualified members (ii) above, or (iv) dependants of any deceased qualified member described in (i) or (ii) above.
