**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE SERBIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE AND IN PARTICULAR:- (I) TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS FOR AND TO FACILITATE IN OTHER WAYS THE BUILDING AND EQUIPPING OF A CATHEDRAL CHURCH IN BELGRADE IN YUGOSLAVIA. (II) TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR AND TO FACILITATE IN OTHER WAYS POSTGRADUATE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF SERBIAN ORTHODOX THEOLOGICAL STUDENTS FROM YUGOSLAVIA.

**Activities:** Providing support to the St Sava Cathedral in Belgrade and to provide scholarships for and to facilitate in other ways postgraduate religious education in the UK for Serbian Orthodox theological students from the former Yugoslavia.
