**Objects:** TO WORK FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITH YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS IN THE UK WHO THROUGH REASONS OF CAPACITY, MENTAL HEALTH OR OTHER LIMITING CONDITIONS HAVE DIFFICULTY IN LEADING FULL AND INDEPENDENT LIVES SO AS:- 1. TO ADVANCE BY CARE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING BOTH THAT THEY ASPIRE TO AND ACQUIRE INDEPENDENCE IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY. 2. TO ENCOURAGE THROUGH TRAINING AND SUPPORT THAT THEY OVERCOME ANY PERSONAL DIFFICULTIES IN FULFILLING THEIR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL, INCLUDING WHERE POSSIBLE FINDING EMPLOYMENT WHETHER PAID OR VOLUNTARY. 3.
