## **High Lileton Scout Group Registered Charity Number: 280296**

## **Notes on Accounts**

In November 2021 the Scout Group purchased the former High Lileton Methodist Church and Hall for £70,000 for use as the group’s HQ. This is shown in the accounts at cost price.

The purchase was parally funded from unrestricted funds and parally by two loans:

- Avon County Scout Council, £25,000 repayable at 0.5% interest over 5 years

- Wansdyke District Scout Council, £25,000 repayable at 0% interest over 10 years

Following the purchase the Group received a grant of £5,000 from the Sperring Trust, restricted for use on repairs and improvements to the Scout Hall.

The group was in receipt of a Bath and North East Somerset Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant of £1,250 with respect to the Scout Hall.

The main hirer of the Scout Hall is the High Lileton Pre-School Trust (Charity Number 1026266).

The Trustees made a donaon of £200 to the Community Interest Company EcoWild (Company Number 08576451) as thanks for their allowing the Scout Group to use their Roundhouse building free of charge.

The store building is shown at current esmated resale cost. Scoung equipment is shown at current insurance valuaon.
