**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS IN SUCH CHARITABLE WAYS AS THE HOSPICE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT, AND IN PARTICULAR:- (A) TO PROMOTE THE CARE WITHOUT LIMITATIONS OF SEX, RACE OR AGE, OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM TERMINAL ILLNESS OR INTRACTABLE PAIN WHETHER IN HOSPITAL, NURSING HOMES, CLINICS OR THEIR OWN HOMES AND TO PROVIDE MEDICAL NURSING AND OTHER TREATMENT AND ATTENTION (B) TO CONDUCT, PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE RESEARCH INTO THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUFFERERS FROM TERMINAL ILLNESS OR INTRACTABLE PAIN TO MAKE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
