**Activities:** Recent activities include the development and regeneration of the root end of the West Pier through the BAi360 project which includes a strong heritage dimension, opening the West Pier Centre, securing of major artefacts removed from the sea-based pier and working closely with the City Council on the options for the future of the sea-based pier.
