I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out rny examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515)(b) of the Act.

This report cover the accounting year from 1st September 2023 to 31st August 2024.
Total income amounts to £18,162 and has been derided from gift- aided contributions
dollations and interest.
The income tsx refund In respect of the Gift-Aided contribution for the tax ye3r 202112022
and the period from 6th April 22 to 31st August 2022 has been received during the year
In addition. tax refunds for the year end 31st August 2023 Gift Aid has also been received
In the previous year, the Committee of the Building Fund agreed donations to the school
of £133,174 to cover the refurbishment of the Sports Hall floor and other building
refurbishment works in the school. In the previous year an intial contribution was made of
£ 14,700. A further balancing contribution of £118,474 was made during this year.
The School is planning a relaunch of The Building Fund to all parents of the School to raise
additional funds during the current finacial.
Our sincere thanks go to all the parent5. staff and friends who continue to support the
school.

Statement of the committee's Responsibilities
for the year ended 31st August 2024
The law governing chaiitie5 requires the charity to prepare Financial Statements for
each financi31 year which give a true and fair view of the slate of affairs of the Charity as
at the Balance Sheet date and of its Income and Expenditure for the year then ended. In
preparing those Financial Statement5, the Charity is required to..

The Charity is responsible for keeping proper books of account such as are necessary to
give a true and fair view of the Charity's state of affairs and to explain its financial

hence is responsible for safeguardinE the assets and taking reasonable steps for the
prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
