Ae Combined Halls of Clare- Accounts Year April 20241March 2025
I was pleased to be asked by Paul Heath to act as Independent Examiner and to check
the accountsforthe above year. I have nowcompleted the check.
I have checked all non-direct debivstanding ordertransactions over £500 and 8 10%
sample of all other transactions to confirm the accuracy of accounting records against
the bank statements. l also check that valid invoiceslreceipts were held for all debit
transactions sampled.
I further have checke(J the bank balances against the accounting records and the
arithrnetic accuracy ofthe accounts in general. includingthe statement of income and
expenditure for the year.
Havingcompleted these checks l am pleased to confirm that. to the best of my
knowledge, the accounts give a true reflection of the full period in question.
Many thanks to Paul for his help and cooperation in provi¢Jing all records an(J answers to
any questions I had.
Yours faithfully
