Repair to Gas Leak by installing new piping. I have now completed the check. I have checked all non-direct debit/standing order transactions over £500 and a 20% sample of all other transactions to confirm the accuracy of accounting records against the bank statements. I also check that valid invoices/receipts were held for all debit transactions sampled. I further have checked the bank balances against the accounting records and the arithmetic accuracy of the accounts in general, including the statement of income and expenditure for the year. Having completed these checks I am pleased to confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, the accounts give a true reflection of the full period in question.
