As trustees of Jays Youth & Community Club, we are pleased to prpsppt our annual report for the year
ending 31st March 2024. This report outlines the charity's activities, achievements, and financial
performan￿, as well as its contribution to the community. The Club's mission is to promote health and
wellbeing through sport, provide opportunities for young people, and build a strong community through
football.

The objectives of Jays Youth & Community Club to remain aligned with our commitment to:
Promote physical he.alth and fitness through organized football sessions and events.
Provide opportunitie$ fpr youth and adult participation regardless of ability, background, or
experience.
Foster community cohesion by hosting inclusive programs and outreach initiatives.
In all our activities, we ensure compliance with the Charities Act to provide public benefits.

During the year, Jays Youth &'Community Club delivered significant rpFults that demonstrate our impact,
induding:
1 . Particip.ation Growth
Increased the numbers of participants in weekly footpall sessions by 500/0
Successfully engage new players from underrepresented groups, youth, female and
disabled players.
2. Community Outreach initiatives
Organized community football events such as Jays Youth & Community Club Football
Toumamenty, Summer football camp with attendance 1x￿eding 30 % our players and
local community children.
Partnered with local schools and leisure centers to run workshops on promoting health
and inclusivity;
Raised a total of £5553.02 through events, donations and sponsorships to support our
invested in new equipment and updated facilities, clyb h,ousp.and grounds.

This year, we faced challenges such as:
Securing consistent funding, managing increased deman¢1 for programs, or facility
limitations. Despite these challenges, we have learned the iwportance of diversifying funding
sources or engaging with them more effectively.
Future Plans.:::
In the coming year, Jays Youth & Community Club aims to:
Expand participation to target numbers of players, focusing on specific groups..,
Expand our female section within our youth teams.
Create player pathway from youth to open age football.
Launch new programs, youth leadership training, disability football sessions.
Educations qualjfiotions for our volunteers.
To become accredited to the FA.
Raise funds to sup.port facility improvements.
Strengthen partnerships with local organizations to amplify pur impact.
