We house, support and empower vulnerable people in Reading so they can transform their lives, get back on track and fulfil their potential.Every person who turns to us for help is different, facing unique challenges. We provide support on an individual basis, always considering the best way to help in each situation.
Objects: (A) The Relief Of Poverty, Sickness And Old Age, Including But Not Limited To The Provision Of Care And Support And In Particular (But Without Limiting He Foregoing) For The Relief Of Persons Who;-(I) Have Had Previous Homelessness Or Rough Sleeping(ii) Have Been Imprisoned Or Are At Risk Of Re-Offending(iii) Have Mental Health Problems(iv) Have Learning Difficulties(v) Are At Risk Of Domestic Violence(vi) Are A Pregnant Teenager(vii) Are An Older Vulnerable Person(viii) Are A Young Person At Risk(ix) Are A Person Having A Drug Or Alcohol Problem(x) Are A Person With A Physical Or Sensory Disability(xi) Are A Person Having HIV Or Aids(xii) Are A Refugee(xiii) Are A Person With A Previous History Of Repeated And Unplanned Loss Of Tenancy(xiv) Are A Traveller(xv) Are An Asylum Seeker(xvi) Are A Person Coming From A Problem Family(b) The Carrying On For The Benefit Of The Community The Provision Of Houses, Hostels, Supportive Housing And Care And Any Associated Amenities For Persons In Necessitous Circumstances On Terms Appropriate To Their Means
