**There had been 556 Pod visits by mid March when all visits were suspended due to the corona virus pandemic. During the course of the year both Pod and the hospitals carried out Risk Assessments and stricter Infection Control Guidelines were introduced but there were only a further 14 visits towards the end of the year at 3 hospitals. As with all Pod visits, these visits were a huge success and the hospitals reported that the benefit children and their families derived from the visits far outweighed the low risk involved.**

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('Ihe Trust.) for the year ended 3111212020.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
