**Activities:** St Margaret's Hospice Care delivers and supports high quality, responsive and compassionate care to patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness within the community of Somerset. With hospice sites in Yeovil and Taunton, a community team caring for patients in their own homes and a 24-hour advice line, we strive to reach everyone that needs our care and expertise.
