The Trusteas are ele¢led as per the governlng document. ,All Trustees give of their time freely and no Trustee rernuneration or reimbursement of expenses was paid in the year. The Charity is operated from the home address of Ms Sandy Lines (Trustee) whi¢h are provided free of charge. Objectlve and Activities: The objective of the charity is to ralse funds to offer support to Renal Pallents in Norfolk. Waveney and parts of Suffolk. Support is provided in the means of providing equipment to assist in the rnmfort of patients receiving dialysis treatment, along wllh funding patients for holidays which accomm¢>Jate dialysis treatments when needed. Achlevements and Performance: 2023 was a successful year for the charity, with a larg8 legacy of £42,938 being gratefully received during the year. This will enable LJS to be able to contlnue to meet the charities objedives. Flnan¢ial Review: Donations continue to be gratefully received. Donations incr&ased to £6.976 compared lo £475 for 2022. Total income for the year was £50.378 (2022: £30) The total funds increased 10 £142,730 (2022: £92.3521. Risk Managomgnl: The Trusle8 has assessed the major risk factors to which the Charrty is exposed and are satisfied that systems are in place to lessen those risks.

Plans for the future The Trustee has no plans for significant change in 2024. Statomont of Trustee responsibilities Icontinued): Thg Irustee is responsible for preparing the Trustees. Report and the financial slatements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounling Practice). The law applicable to charities in England & Wales raquires the trustaes to prepare financial statements for each financial year, which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the charity for that period. In prep8ring these financial statements, the trustees are required to: select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently., observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP., mak8 judg8m8nts and estimates that are reasonable and prudent-, stale whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any malerial departuras disclosed and explained in the financial statements. prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charty will continue in operation. A¢¢ounting Convention The financial statements have been prepared under the hislori¢al Cost convention and are in 8¢cordan¢e with applicable UK accounting standards. The financial statements also comply with the Statement of Recommended Practice: "AGrnunting and Reporting by Charities" published in 2015 and the Charities Act 2011. Income Income is account8d for on a receipts basis. Expendlturo Expenditure is accounled for on a payments basis. Fund Accounllng Unrestricted funds are those for use in furtherance of the charitys objeclives wh8r8 that use is at the discretion of the trustee. Restricted funds are created when donations are received for specifi¢ purposes and the use is restricted to that purpose. Expenditure which meets th8S8 criteria is charged to the fund. Taxatlon The Charity is not liable for assessment to tax on its results. 2 TRANSACTIONS WITH TRUSTEES The trustee nor any ¢onne¢ted persons received any remuneration or reimbur88menl of expenses. 3 EMPLOYEES The charity has no employees during the period. 4 ACCOUNTING PERIOD The accounts up lo 31 July 2023 span a period of 12 months.
