**Objects:** TO ASSIST THOSE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED BY REASON OF OLD AGE, ILL HEALTH, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HANDICAP, AND OTHERS INCLUDING PERSONS LIVING IN A ONE PARENT FAMILY WHO ARE BY REASON OF THEIR FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES NEEDY BY PROMOTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF HOLIDAY FACILITIES WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO THE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE WHETHER BY REASON OF OLD AGE OR INFIRMITY UNABLE TO MAKE USE OF THE HOLIDAY FACILLITIES WHICH ARE GENERALLY AVAILABLE.
