Our SIK)rt Breaks fundtrKJ contract ￿1th Essex County Council ended in
March. ￿ have Continued to support Wryth the Govemment HAF
programme promding free holmjay dubs and hot meals to ttrKtse families
that are in rec*ipt of free sdth meals. A slKJht fee incYeas8 has been
put in place to (y)ver the Short Breaks fundirKJ shortfall, this has not
affeded the nurnbe￿ of thildren atterKling the clth and are still
rec£iving many referrals fr￿n ow local So(ial care teams at Essex.

e aTr receiving referrals from has increas8d a hoher percentage of
