accounts in aC￿rdanCe with the requirements of the Charitles Act 2011
('the Aor).
I report in respect of my examination of thg Trust's accounts carrled out
under section 145 ofthe 2011 Act and in carylng out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by th8 Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent rrhe charity's gross income exc88d8d £250.000 and l am qualrfied to
•xamlner's ststement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of Ilns8rt name of

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection wlth the examination (other than that
disclos8d below ") which gives me cause lo believe that in. any material

the accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 130
of the Charities Act. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records,. or
the accounts did mt comply wlth the applic8ble requirements
