In the interim period a number of staff had left or handed In their resl@nation- including CoinmunlcÈtlons Officer, Sophie, and SciÈnce Officer, Frazer. Finance and Membership Offitrr, Janet, had alsa stepped down and been replacÈd by Sarah Martin. The first few month5 of Matt's le3deishlp were focused on recruitment and a rÈ-allgnment of priorities in the strategy. In order tofuture-proof this tool wè conducted back-end updates viè the developers Natural Aptitude, ensuring it wa5 available to Androld users ollce more, and that it will remain robust and supported for yÈars to come. We a150 took the opportunltyto updatethe prlv4 pollcy and prompted 311 user5 to accept this anew, to ensure compliance with GDPR. A number of refinement5 were made to the app in response ro the increased need to be able to collect good quality iecords of beavers and slsfis of their presence.
