The Restoration, Preservation And Upkeep Of The Fabric Of The Water Mill, Mill Green, Hatfield, Hertfordshire For The Benefit Of The Persons Resident In The District Of Welwyn Hatfield And The Public At Large Such Premises Being Of Historical Architectural And Constructional Interest.
