**Objects:** THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF SOUTHREPPS AND THE NEIGBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETING, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The new management committee believes the Southrepps Village Hall is a major catalyst for regenerating village life through the provision of a wide range of community facilities. Our current objectives are to re-fashion the building to give it greater flexibility which, together with developing more activities, will attract a wider range of users and make the village hall a self-financing utility.
