**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED BY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS SERVICES OR FACILITIES WHICH ARE CALCULATED TO PREVENT OR CURE BLINDNESS AND TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING OR ASSIST IN THE RECOVERY OF THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO DISEASES OF THE EYE AND ALLIED SUBJECTS.

**Activities:** KFFB has been training blind people on self-help projects. There are currently estimated over 100 active cattle rearing projects, the milk from which is collected and sold to the milk marketing board in Kerala on a daily basis. We now look for more modern ways of empowering the visually impaired to reach their  potential, eg providing learning materials to young visually impaired students.
