The Trustees’ of Chipping Norton Pre-School present their annual report and unaudited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022
About Us
Chipping Norton Pre-School is a small friendly charity run Pre-School located within the grounds of Chipping Norton School. We have been established for over 30 years, providing a rich and varied environment supporting the children’s learning and development.
We offer a bright spacious play area, quiet area, messy play area and a well-equipped outdoor area, playground and sensory garden.
We offer sessions for 2-5 year olds from 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday, term time only, we ensure that we keep our session prices as low as possible to ensure that we can reach out to all families in the local community and surrounding areas including those on low income and also making them aware of the funding available to them.
We work with the families to ensure children are settled and happy at Pre-School and are reaching their full potential and meeting with the EYFS guidelines, this is helped by matching up suitable key workers to each child who follow and record their progress accordingly, this together with detailed reports and information that are passed onto each child’s primary school teacher ensures a smooth and easy transition for both the child and the school/teachers when they start.
We are OFSTED registered and maintain our Good rating awarded to us in March 2017.
