**Objects:** TO PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE AND ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE STUDY AND PRACTICE OF AND RESEARCH INTO THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF VARIOUS YOGA ASSANS AND THE PRACTICE OF PRANAYAMA AND INTO THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF THE VARIOUS YOGA ASSANAS AND THE PRACTICE OF PRANAYAMA AND INTO THE PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF THE PRACTICE OF YOGA AND DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.

**Activities:** Teaching of all branches of Yoga throughout the community.  The aim is to specifically address the different levels of each student, and to ensure that each receives the maximum benefit.  There is also access to teaching about the background and history of yoga, and the different aspects and practices of meditation.
