**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BELOW COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR GOUP PLAY AND WHOSE PARENTS CAN PARTICIPATE WHERE APPROPRIATE. IN THE INERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE INHABITANTS OF IPSWICH SO THAT THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.

**Activities:** To advance the education of children below compulsory school age, by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for group play in which parents can participate where appropriate. In the interests of social welfare to provide recreational facilities for the inhabitants of Ipswich so that the conditions of life may be improved.
