**Objects:** A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF WILTON WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The trustees administer and maintain a building for the use of by local charities, organisations and inhabitants of Wilton and the surrounding areas for such activities as fund raising, meeting facilities and recreational purposes.The work of maintaining a booking diary, keeping accounts and daily maintenance and upkeep of the facility is undertaken by the trustees with the help of a caretaker.
