**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE TO PROMOTE A PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF MUSIC AND IN PARTICULAR CONTEMPORARY AND TWENTIETH CENTURY CHORAL MUSIC (INCLUDING CONTEMPORARY AND TWENTIETH CENTURY ENGLISH CHORAL MUSIC) BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS AND BY SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE SOCIETY THROUGH ITS COMMITTEE SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.

**Activities:** To promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in the appreciation of the art and science of music, and in particular 20th century English music by the presentation of public concerts and recitals, and by such other ways as the society though its committee shall determine from time to time.
