The object of the Charity 15 to maintsin the Charity Church for the communal benefit of the local
residents and ils surrounds. The Charity depends upon the continuing help of volunteers.
Cash resources at the year end equated lo over 10 years of normal activity and the posits'on
has since been maintained.
Risk management..
The trustees continue to assess and monitor the risks to which the charity is exposed and to ensure
appropriate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error.

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
The charity's Iruslees consider that an audit is not reqUI￿d for this year under section 144 of the
Charities Act 2011 Ilhe Charities Acll and that an independent examination Is needed.

My examination was carried out in accordance wth the general Directions given by the Charity Commission.
An examination include5 a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accDunls presented with those records. 11 also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures
in the accoun15, and Seeking explanations from the trustees conceming any such matters.
