The object of the Charity is lo maintain the Charity Church for the eommunal benefit of the local
residents and ils surrounds. The Charity depends upon the continuing help of volunteers
Cash resources at the year end equated to over 10 years ot nomial activity and the posib'on
has since been maintained.
Risk managementr.
The trustees continue lo assess and monitor the risks to which the charity is exposed and to ensure
appropriate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and e￿or.

I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2023, which are set out on pages 3 10 5.

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
The charity's Iruslees consider that an aullil is not required for this year under section 144 of the
Charities Act 2D11 Ilhe Charities Act) and Ihat an independent examination is needed.

Basis of independent examinerf s Statement
My examinats'on was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by Ihe Charity Commission.
An examination include5 a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. 11 also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures
in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the Iruslees concerning any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would L￿ requI￿d in an audit, and
consequendy no opinion is given as lo whether the accounts present a true and fairf view and the
port 18 limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
